2. General

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our website and services. Processing is carried out on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Telecommunications and Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG).

3. Website access and visitor statistics

When you visit our website, the following data is automatically processed and stored in our database:

• Page accessed (URL)
• Referring website (referrer), if present and external
• Browser type and device category (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• A daily pseudonymous value: a SHA-256 hash is generated daily from the IP address and browser identifier; the raw IP address is not stored.

Purpose: Measuring reach, detecting technical errors, optimising our offering.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the operator).

Retention period: 12 months, then automatically deleted.

We do not use external analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics). All analysis is carried out exclusively on our own server.

4. Cookies and local browser storage

Session cookie: We set a technically necessary PHP session cookie (PHPSESSID). This is used for CSRF protection and session management and is automatically deleted when the browser is closed. Consent is not required (§ 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG).

Shopping cart (localStorage): The contents of your shopping cart are stored in the local storage (localStorage) of your browser. This data remains exclusively on your device and is not transmitted to us. You can delete the cart contents yourself at any time. Legal basis: § 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG (technically necessary for the operation of the shop).

5. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process: name, email address and your message.

Purpose: Processing your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (a) (consent by submission).

Retention period: The data is forwarded by email and not stored separately in a database. Emails are subject to general retention periods (up to 3 years after completion of communication).

6. Orders and contract processing

When you place an order, we process: name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number (if provided), products ordered, payment method, shipping method and order number.

Purpose: Processing the purchase contract, delivery, invoicing.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of contract).

Transfer to third parties: Your delivery address is transmitted to the contracted shipping service provider (e.g. DHL or DPD) for the purpose of delivery. No further transfer takes place.

Retention period: Order data (in particular invoices) is retained for up to 10 years in accordance with § 147 AO and § 257 HGB.

7. No external services

This website does not embed any external resources (no fonts, scripts or stylesheets from third parties). No data is transferred to external services such as Google, Facebook or social networks. All resources are delivered from our own server.

8. Your rights as a data subject

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access (Art. 15 GDPR): What data we have stored about you.
• Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): Correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): Deletion of your data, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR).
• Objection (Art. 21 GDPR): Against processing based on legitimate interests (e.g. visitor statistics).
• Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): Provision of your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
