Delivery Area

We deliver exclusively within Germany. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us directly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs a flat rate of €12.00 per order, regardless of the number of bottles ordered.

Orders with a goods value of €150.00 or more are delivered free of charge.

Delivery Time

After receipt of payment, we usually dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.

During supply bottlenecks or high order volumes (e.g. before public holidays), delivery times may be extended. We will notify you by email in such cases.

Shipping Service Provider

Orders are shipped via a parcel service provider (e.g. DHL or DPD). Tracking details will be sent to you by email after dispatch.

You are welcome to collect your order in person by prior arrangement:

Damage in Transit

Please inspect the delivered goods for transport damage immediately upon receipt. Any obvious damage must be reported to us and the shipping service provider without delay. Please contact us at info@brennerei-burger.de.
