Our Collaboration – Beer & Cider Tours: a perfect match
It was especially during the popular Beer and Cider Tours at Gallaghers Nest that we experienced how culture and craftsmanship can grow together. What Lisa and Matt Woosey built in Ettenheim – a place where people truly experience culture rather than just consume it – fits perfectly with what Brennerei Burger stands for.
Those shared evenings not only gave our products a wonderful stage, but also showed us: genuine hospitality and quality speak the same language.
The new Gallaghers Nest is taking shape – in Herbolzheim
After eight years in the heart of Ettenheim, Lisa and Matt Woosey are taking their next big step: in the former Atlantis area in Herbolzheim, a new Gallaghers Nest is set to emerge – bigger, more vibrant and even more versatile than before.
A place where concerts, readings, theatre and cultural events come together – and for the first time also its own bistro, blending Baden and English cuisine. For families, music lovers, culture enthusiasts and everyone who enjoys sharing beautiful moments together.

To make this dream a reality, some important purchases are still needed – from stage technology to kitchen equipment and seating.
