Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Brennerei Burger, Hauptstraße 51, 77955 Ettenheim-Münchweier (hereinafter "Seller").
§ 2 Contract Formation
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By submitting the order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The Seller confirms receipt of the order by email (order confirmation). The purchase contract is only concluded upon express acceptance by the Seller.
§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices stated are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs apply in addition to product prices.
- Shipping within Germany: €12.00 per order
- Orders over €150.00 qualify for free shipping
- Deliveries abroad are available on request

§ 4 Payment Terms
The following payment methods are available:
- Prepayment (bank transfer): Bank details will be sent by email after your order is received. Delivery takes place after payment is received.
- Invoice: Payment upon receipt of goods. The invoice is enclosed with the shipment or sent by email. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. The Seller reserves the right to offer invoice payment only by individual arrangement.
- Cash on delivery: Payment upon delivery directly to the carrier, plus a cash-on-delivery fee of €2.00.
- Cash payment: Only available for personal collection on site.
§ 5 Delivery
Delivery is made exclusively within Germany. After receipt of payment, delivery is expected within 3–7 business days. Collection by prior arrangement is also possible.
The risk of dispatch lies with the buyer if they are a business. For consumers, risk passes upon delivery of the goods.
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal. Please refer to our Withdrawal Policy for further information.
§ 7 Age Restriction
The purchase of alcoholic beverages is only permitted to persons who have reached the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reached the minimum legal age. The Seller reserves the right to request proof of age upon delivery.
§ 8 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. In the case of justified defects, you have the right to subsequent performance. The Seller may choose whether to carry out repair or replacement delivery.
§ 9 Limitation of Liability
The Seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. In all other respects, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

§ 11 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction for merchants and legal entities under public law is the Seller's registered office.
§ 12 Online Dispute Resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
